DigiGold Ltd. maintains that the contract between DigiGold Ltd. and
Systemics has not been terminated; therefore, this is obviously a matter of
dispute.

Each DigiGold XXG is presently entirely backed by its corresponding e-metal:

so DigiGold XXG definitely is not, nor will it become, worthless, although
its utility appears likely to temporarily diminish.

OmniPay offers exchange between DigiGold and e-gold; however, since it will
likely not be possible to Spend DigiGold as of May 25, 2001, 11:00 a.m. AST
until this dispute has been resolved, I urge anybody with a DigiGold balance
to promptly exchange for e-gold as soon as possible:

expedite fulfillment of your exchange.

OmniPay will continue to support exchange between DigiGold and e-gold even
if Systemics proceeds with this action, but it will be considerably more
